Admitted as a lawyer in 1997, Clayton is a skilled strategic thinker whose commitment to client service and attention to detail are behind the optimum results he achieves for his clients.

Clayton’s commercial skills have been honed in the UK and Australia with large legal practices. He previously worked with large Sydney firms, and a large Australasian law firm, as well as a London law firm and as an Investigative Examiner in the Company Director’s Disqualification Unit of Companies House in London.

Director of Stacks/Williams Oats in Bowral, Clayton works with a cross-section of the local business community and with individuals on their wide-ranging legal issues.

He is an avid sports fan, following cricket, golf and Australian Rules, and he is a keen, but irregular, golfer.
