Fiona is a lawyer specialising in estates work, including family provision claims and other complex applications under the Successions Act. A practicing solicitor for a decade, she is widely regarded for her professionalism within the Stacks’ team. Fiona ensures that clients remain informed throughout the legal process, and deals with them in a flexible and friendly manner.

Fiona’s strengths are her attention to detail and her commitment to self-education. She ensures that clients remain informed throughout the legal process, and deals with them in a flexible and friendly manner.

In addition to her work as a solicitor, Fiona is a part-time lecturer at Wollongong University and Charles Sturt Univeristy, teaching criminal law and business law subjects.

Growing up in New Guinea, then living in Toowoomba and Sydney, before settling in Bowral 6 years ago, Fiona has experience dealing with people from all walks of life. She has two young daughters and when she is not in the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
