Justin Stack - Managing Director

Justin specialises in Compensation law for individuals, conducting
matters for clients in NSW and interstate. Prior to commencing with
Stacks/Taree, he was a Law Clerk for Stacks in Sydney for 3 years and
has now been a practicing solicitor for 11 years. Justin’s expertise
lies in handling major catastrophic claims arising from Motor Vehicle
Accidents and Work Accidents, and in conducting Public liability and
Occupiers liability cases. He is also experienced in handling Total and
Permanent Disability claims on Superannuation policies. A member of the
Australian Lawyers Alliance, Justin is an efficient and experienced
member of the Stacks team.
Born and raised in Taree, Justin is actively involved in the local community. He is a Past President of the Manning Valley Businessman’s Association and sponsors local rugby union club, the Manning River Ratz. The father of three, Justin is a family man who enjoys water skiing and trips to the beach with his kids.
An organised and diligent solicitor, Justin has a comprehensive knowledge of the Compensation area of law.

One of Justin’s
strengths is his ability to communicate with clients in language they
understand. He is meticulous in his preparation of each case, and passionate
about achieving a just result for each client. Justin has often conducted
matters for non-English speaking clients, sometimes with the aid of an
interpreter. He is willing to, and often, travels to clients who have
difficulty travelling to his office in Taree.
Justin has
conducted many cases for catastrophically injured people, often achieving
excellent financial outcomes for his clients. His cases range from matters
involving pedestrians and cyclists who have suffered injury after being hit by
a motor vehicle, including reported case, Worland
v Tobin (Supreme Court 2005), to a case involving a child who was attacked
by a kangaroo whilst playing golf in Grafton.
