Rebecca is a Senior Paralegal who assists in handling matters in the areas of Property & Conveyancing, Commercial Leasing, Wills, Probate and Estate Planning, for individuals and corporations in NSW. Prior to joining Stacks, Rebecca worked at law firms in Moss Vale, Picton and Goulburn, and has an excellent knowledge of the local area. She has been a Paralegal and a Justice of the Peace since 1999. Rebecca is responsible for completing a great deal of the crucial background work for cases, and is an efficient and productive member of the Stacks team.

Rebecca’s ability to write clear and simple advice about complex matters is highly valued by clients. Practical and pragmatic by nature, she has a no-nonsense approach to problem solving.

Rebecca assisted in managing and completing the registration of several multi-million dollar subdivisions in Marulan and the Southern Highlands. This included the preparation of contracts and the sale of most of the subdivided lots, involving complex GST and rural issues, such as negotiating consent by National Parks and Wildlife. She was involved in designing a complex research and development prospectus for a local company which was seeking investors to fund a new program.

She has dealings with many return clients, including handling the corporate leasing for two large retail/commercial shopping centres in Bowral and the Camden/Macarthur area since 2002.

A resident of the Southern Highlands since 1992, Rebecca is currently renovating a cottage in Moss Vale, in which she houses a barnyard of animals including dogs, fish, budgies, geckoes and silkworms. Formerly a member of the Toyota Wollongong Starlets soccer team, Rebecca now plays in the local Southern Highlands competition, of which she has been a member for 17 years.
