Since joining Stacks/The Law Firm, Southern Highlands Rohan has worked across a broad range of legal areas, including litigation, commercial law and property.

Prior to joining Stacks, Rohan was involved in large Supreme Court proceedings involving the commercial claims arising out of the Thredbo Landslide of 1997. He also spent some time in London handling construction litigation, before joining a Sydney firm where he focused on commercial property and estate planning.

At Stacks/The Law Firm, Southern Highlands Rohan is responsible for property and commercial matters. He also works closely with Clayton Davis in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency matters.

One of Rohan’s most unusual matters involved a cliff safety project on Norfolk Island, which has its own jurisdiction outside of Australia, where he achieved success for his client in the Supreme Court.

He co-authored a chapter on injunctions in 2004 and is skilled at obtaining court orders that require a party to refrain from doing a certain activity that would damage or threaten to damage another party.

Originally from the country, and returning after more than a decade in Sydney, Rohan is enjoying bringing up his infant daughter in the Southern Highlands. In a former life he was a keen skier, instructing and patrolling in both Australia and Canada. These days his leisure time is more likely to be occupied with gardening and reading.

Rohan is an efficient and approachable member of the Stacks team.
