Alternative Dispute Resolution

This process is about finding a way to reach a resolution without having to go through the courts.

You can avoid going to court and mediate with a third party, or with a specialist collaborative lawyer, who works with another lawyer to help you to reach a settlement. All separated couples must now undertake alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, before your matter is allowed to go to court.
