AusLSA 2012The community values and family-based principles of E.R. Stack, who founded Stacks/The Law Firm in 1931, endure today. We want to do more than just provide legal services to clients. Individual Stacks the Law Firm offices, and a number of lawyers in the group, are involved in their local communities, providing education sponsorships, pro bono work, supporting fundraising projects, and volunteering their time for various local initiatives. Made up of friendly and approachable people from country origins, we believe in getting involved.

As responsible members of our local communities, Stacks/The Law Firm acknowledges a responsibility to the environment and is actively working towards identifying, promoting and implementing sustainable practices across our group. We are a progressive organisation that recognises the challenges faced by businesses and we are committed to leading our local communities in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment. Stacks/The Law Firm is partnering with the Australian Legal Sector Alliance (AusLSA) that has developed best practice sustainability guidelines specifically for the legal sector to assist firms achieve measurable goals in reducing their environmental impact.
