Law Clerk
Stacks/The Law Firm is a progressive group of law firms with a number of offices throughout NSW, QLD and the ACT. We are seeking a full-time law clerk to join our small but busy head office team in the Sydney CBD. You will report directly to the Chairman and CEO and be responsible for assisting with the conduct of civil litigation claims. The role will include the day to day conduct of a number of matters, attendances at courts in Sydney on behalf of the regional firms in the group (including appearance work before judicial officers and instructing counsel) as well as other administrative duties. The position would suit a law student in their final years.
Essential Criteria:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills including a high level of proficiency in MS Office
- Friendly and professional manner
