Custody Arrangements

If you have reached an agreement with your partner about what will happen with the children following separation, this can be put into a Parenting Plan or Parenting Orders.

Provided you can agree, a parenting plan can be made into a Court Order without either of you stepping foot in a Court room on any of the following:
  • Who the child lives with; and
  • Who the child spends time and communicates with;
  • What happens on important family events such as Christmas, Easter, School holidays, the children's birthdays, Father's Day, Mother's Day, the Mother's Birthday and the Father's birthday.

 Recent Success
We were successful in having the Federal Magistrates Court retain jurisdiction in a property dispute between two persons of the same gender ...

Most parties resolve their parenting dispute by agreement, without the Court’s assistance or, if the matter is referred to the Court, in the early stages of the Court process. We aim to assist you in resolving any dispute you have without you having to resort to litigation.
