Enforcing orders

What do you do if a party has breached orders previously made by the Court or the registered Parenting Plan?

If this occurs, the other person may apply to the court to be compensated for a lost contact period or to impose court ordered punishment/consequence on the breaching party. Similarly, a party who is owed money under a Family Court order, agreement or child support, may also apply to the court for an enforcement hearing.
