Alexander was admitted as a solicitor in October 2015 and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
Alexander earned his Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, together with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in psychology. He completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law.
Prior to joining Stacks in March 2019, Alexander worked at another law firm, where he worked principally in personal injury. He ran his own practice in CTP motor vehicle accident, general negligence, contested wills (family provision) and international negligence. He is currently also working in medical negligence, an area of law he is particularly interested in, and has been fortunate to work on a number of very interesting and challenging international negligence cases.
Alexander has a passion for the legal industry and advocacy, having grown up wanting to be a solicitor since primary school. He has excellent negotiating and leadership skills and likes working as part of a team. He is also very empathetic, which is a valuable asset for a lawyer in the personal injury field.
He was awarded first place in the Global Legal Hackathon in Sydney in February 2018, which is a legal industry app development competition run by The Legal Forecast, a not-for-profit that works on advancing the legal practice through technology and disruptive thinking.
When not working, Alexander enjoys playing with his four nieces and nephews, and likes board and card games. He also enjoys going to see live music, hiking and camping. He likes to be involved in his community and has volunteered as a scout leader.
