Amanda is a valued member of the Stacks/The Law Firm office in Port Macquarie handling Conveyancing and Real Estate matters. A part of the Stacks team since 1999, she has an excellent knowledge of the local property market.
Prior to joining Stacks, Amanda worked as a Property Manager for PRD Nationwide in Port Macquarie as the Rentals Manager for 4½ years. As a longstanding Stacks employee, Amanda held the roles of Accounts & Office Manager for a number of years, during which time she commenced her legal studies. While completing her studies, Amanda assisted in the conveyancing department gaining experience with in all areas of conveyancing work.
Amanda completed her studies in 2012 and graduated from Macquarie University Sydney with a Diploma in Conveyancing Law & Practice. Amanda obtained her licence in 2013 and enjoys providing her clients with a personalised and efficient service to ensure her clients transactions run through smoothly.
As a Licensed Conveyancer, Amanda’s work involves taking clients through each phase of their transaction, ensuring every detail of the contract is sound. Clients warm to Amanda’s genuine nature; she is a natural communicator and keeps her clients well-informed throughout the legal process.
Amanda has recently assisted in a dispute, acting for a vendor who was selling a business property where a ‘right of way’ was disputed. A favourable result was obtained for the vendor without any further legal complications.
Amanda’s open disposition and professional experience enables her to develop a strong rapport with personal clients and businesses alike.
Amanda and her husband moved from Sydney to Port Macquarie to raise their family and enjoy life away from the city rush. Involved in the local community, she volunteers at the iconic Port Macquarie Ironman events. Although Ironman is not her thing, Amanda enjoys regular gym sessions and long walks with her young son and dog, taking in Port Macquarie’s beautiful vistas. She’s an avid reader and a keen rugby union fan – a local supporter!
