Anne has worked in the legal industry for over 30 years, and has gained experience in many areas of law – including litigation, debt recovery, personal injury, family law, conveyancing, and more recently in wills and estates.
Some interesting work that Anne has recently undertaken in wills and estates includes obtaining a Grant of Probate on an informal will; assisting in estates where there been no will; and superannuation being paid to new girlfriends as opposed to immediate family.
As Client Services Manager, Anne is often the first person that clients will interact with. Taking the majority of incoming calls, she has gained knowledge in areas of employment and consumer disputes, and can quickly identify the information required and who in the office is best to assist the client.
Anne ensures that clients receive the very best service and that all their legal needs are met. Anne has exceptional client service skills and easily builds rapport with client, pacifying them in times of stress, alleviating their concerns and addressing their complaints if necessary.
Anne is naturally a people person and loves conversing with people. She is close to her family and enjoys spending time with family and friends when she is not at work. She is also currently studying for her Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
