Holding a Masters Degree in Criminal Prosecutions, Fouad’s areas of speciality are criminal law, traffic law and general litigation. He has successfully defended or mitigated in matters involving drug supply, dangerous driving occasioning death, sexual and indecent assault, firearms offences and serious assault matters, both within state and Commonwealth jurisdictions.
Admitted as a member of the Law Society of New South Wales in 2013, he is passionate about providing high-quality legal advice and guidance to his clients who may be facing serious criminal convictions and embarking into new and unchartered waters. He utilises his communication skills and empathetic approach to guide every client through the legal system, explaining how the law is applicable to them.
Fouad prides himself on listening to and truly engaging with all clients to provide sound legal support and understanding. As an Arabic speaker, he can extend further assistance where needed to clients from diverse backgrounds.
With a love for sports and the outdoors, he still manages to fit in such pursuits outside of his busy criminal law practice. In his free time he can likely be found working on his garden, where he enjoys making improvements as a home handyman.
He is also an avid community supporter, lending his service to lecturing youth in cultural matters and Islamic studies. His further activities include involvement with Legacy Appeal, the Red Cross Foundation, and the St Vincent De Paul Society.
