Working as part of the litigation team at Stacks Heard McEwan, Jack is experienced across a range of general litigation matters. Since graduating with high achievement from Wollongong University, he has been focussed on supporting clients across areas of the law including employment, building and construction, discrimination, debt recovery, commercial litigation and general disputes.
Valuing the opportunity to use his initiative to provide superior assistance, his day-to-day work encompasses matters in the Local and District Court, as well as in the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal. Appreciated for his interpersonal skills and compassionate approach, he seeks to ascertain and understand his clients’ concerns to achieve the best possible outcomes. He keeps his client’s position and expectations front-of-mind throughout the legal process, using analytical skills and determination to interpret issues, explain options and reach resolutions.
Continuing a family history in the legal profession, Jack is committed to enhancing his skills and experience in commercial and general litigation. With particular interest in building and construction, employment law, and extending his involvement into family law, Jack’s experience also includes personal injury and motor vehicle claims, and some involvement in criminal law matters.
Outside of work, he keeps active playing football and golf and visiting the local beaches. He values spending time with his family and friends, and opportunities for testing his kitchen skills with some home cooking.
