After five years she returned to personal injury work as a senior associate and joined Stacks Goudkamp in March 2018.
In 2012 Jayne was made an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law by the Law Society of NSW in recognition of her skills and experience. Jayne has expertise in the public liability and medical negligence areas, and she is especially skillful in advocacy and procedure in the District and Supreme Courts.
Due to the large number of matters Jayne has conducted during her time as a solicitor, she has obtained numerous and important settlements for her clients. Her involvement in a large volume of matters means she has been exposed to a wide variety of injury scenarios, such as injuries received from the operation of cranes and forklifts, injuries received in sporting and recreational accidents, significant motor vehicle accidents and medical negligence cases involving hospitals and medical providers for catastrophic injuries such as tetraplegia.
Due to her years of experience, Jayne can easily discern the essential features of a case and is able to empathise with her clients and the position they are in. She is highly professional in all her interactions, including with clients, her colleagues and in her dealings in her matters.
Jayne has been married for 15 years. Outside of work, she is an avid swimmer and enjoys watching soccer.
