Karina was admitted as a lawyer in 2020 and works in the Tamworth office, with a focus on criminal and family law matters. Karina has a Certificate of Legal Business Skills, as well as a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
Karina has worked in the legal industry since 2017, commencing as a legal receptionist before moving into a law clerk position and later working as a family and criminal lawyer.
Her work in various law firms has exposed her to many areas of law, including commercial, estates, personal injury and conveyancing. However, her areas of expertise are criminal and family law. She enjoys the diversity of matters offered by these areas of law, where no case is the same as another.
Karina is experienced in drafting and advocacy. She has high attention to detail and is highly organised, with excellent time management and verbal communications skills. By nature bubbly and outgoing, Karina excels at putting her clients at ease.
With an interest in law from an early age, Karina has always wanted to be lawyer and strived to achieve this goal. Her love of talking and having healthy arguments and debates made law an easy career choice.
When Karina is not at work, she plays AFL and spends time with her family and friends. She also enjoys driving, hiking, finding lookouts and waterfalls, quad bike riding and spending time at her parents’ farm.
