Kate Osborne is a lawyer in Bowral NSW. She was admitted as a solicitor in December 2012 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. She joined the Bowral office of Stacks in January 2018.
Kate completed her studies while working as a paralegal in a boutique law firm in the Southern Highlands of NSW. She has over ten years’ experience in family law, conveyancing, probate and family provision claims.
Since being admitted as a solicitor, Kate’s primary area of practice has been in family law. She now hopes to gain further skills within property law and dispute resolution, as well as in civil litigation.
Kate has strong attention to detail and a thorough and systematic approach to matters. She is also a skilled advocate, and is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family. She is also a passionate runner, completing four half marathons in 2017, two of which were trail runs.
Kate also regularly volunteers at local horse trial events as a jump judge, having ridden competitively as a child.
