Mark is a Compensation specialist who has been handling personal injury claims since 1994. Before that Mark had extensive experience in the court system working for the Attorney Generals Department of NSW.
Mark has experience in all aspects of Compensation law. His particular style of educating rather than dictating to his clients, ensures that they become informed and active participants during their legal proceedings. Mark is able to wade through complex litigation, find, and address the crucial elements. He successfully represented 6 clients who were catastrophically injured during the Wingello bushfire disaster of 1998, which received heavy media attention. This case led to an important new piece of litigation regarding ACT/NSW Bushfires. Mark is currently acting for over 100 people who were affected by the Canberra Bushfires of 2003, a complex case involving approximately 4,500 plaintiffs and 5 insurance companies.
Originally from Sydneys Northern Beaches, Mark moved to the Southern Highlands twenty years ago. Outside the office he is kept fairly busy with his four children, aged between 3 and 11. When he is not ferrying them to soccer and horseriding, or playing X-box with his 3-year old, Mark is heavily into karate. He has a green belt and is working towards achieving his black belt (competing with his two elder sons!) Mark assists his local community by providing pro bono legal work, and is currently taking instructions for a local pre-school matter.
Mark is a compassionate solicitor who genuinely cares about the welfare of his clients.
