Monique is a solicitor at Stacks Law Firm. She worked part-time in the commercial litigation and insolvency team for two years while studying at the University of Wollongong.
Monique has attained Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degrees and has completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law. She was admitted as a solicitor in early 2019.
Her exposure to insolvency law while working at Stacks has sparked a keen interest and understanding of this particular area of law.
Monique has excellent attention to detail and is skilled in drafting legal documents. She enjoys working with clients and problem solving. One of her strongest legal skills is her ability to process and analyse voluminous company documents.
Monique’s optimism and sense of humour greatly contribute to maintaining a healthy balance while managing the stresses of working in insolvency law and studying.
When not working or studying, Monique loves playing hockey and currently plays for the University of Wollongong women’s hockey team. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as running, reading and camping by the beach. Monique is also an avid coffee drinker.
