Neville is a Bowral lawyer and a Managing Director of the Stacks Southern Highlands office. As he grew up in the local area, taking on the role has been a homecoming for him.
Neville is skilled in commercial transactions and leasing, property law, wills and deceased estates. He provides comprehensive advice to clients regarding the options available to them for their particular circumstances, so they can make an informed choice. Neville gives timely advice when clients need it most.
Experienced in commercial law, Neville has assisted retirement village operators to establish and lease retirement villages including documenting funding arrangements, purchases of land, government registrations, and formalising leasing arrangements with residents. He has also acted for a number of shopping centres in the Southern Highlands and Sydney areas in relation to leasing and dispute resolution.
Neville has acted for a number of property developers, including on vacant land subdivisions and staged strata projects. In one complex matter, he was responsible for negotiating dozens of options to purchase property, totalling in the hundreds of millions.
An efficient worker, Neville turns his mind to his client’s specific needs and deals with their problems quickly and accurately. He is a problem solver who takes a holistic approach to his clients’ affairs and identifies any areas of legal exposure.
Neville always wanted to be a lawyer and has been working in law since high school. In particular, he enjoys the challenge of identifying complexities in documents that the untrained eye can miss, which can save his clients substantial time and financial cost.
An active member of the local legal community, Neville is the secretary and treasurer of the Berrima District Law Society. Until recently, Neville also presented a regular live legal segment on a local radio station.
When not working, Neville enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Southern Highlands. He is also involved in the local table tennis club and attends his local church.
