Neville returned to his hometown of Bowral in 2015 to join Stacks, after studying and working in Canberra for several years. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2014 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
Neville works primarily in retirement law, property law – in particular, subdivision work – and in commercial matters, focusing on leasing, purchase and sale of businesses.
He has acquired considerable experience assisting both residents and operators of retirement villages and has managed leasing matters for a shopping centre.
As a lawyer, Neville is conciliatory, mild mannered, softly spoken and thoughtful.
Outside of work, Neville enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. They are excited to be welcoming another baby soon.
Neville is also an active member of the local community and is on the committee of management for his local church. He also frequents the Southern Highlands Table Tennis Club and is on the committee of the Table Tennis Association. In addition, he loves to juggle and play music.
