Puja is a lawyer in the Sydney office of Stacks Goudkamp. She works in personal injury, specialising in medical negligence claims.
Puja has been helping injured plaintiffs since 2012 in different areas of law, while assisting senior lawyers and partners in national, mid-tier and boutique law firms.
While she is currently focusing on medical negligence, Puja also has extensive past experience assisting senior lawyers in various areas of personal injury law including public liability claims, victims’ compensation claims, motor vehicle accident claims and workers’ compensation claims.
Puja was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2021 and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
In addition to English, Puja speaks Hindi and Urdu.
Puja is very compassionate, enjoys helping people and is cheerful and empathetic. She believes these are critical qualities for working in personal injury.
She has a long-term commitment to regularly donating blood and plasma at the Australian Red Cross, which she has been doing since 2006. Since 2017 she has also been an Animal Advocate for the RSCPA NSW.
Puja is active in her community, volunteering her time as a youth mentor for the Australian Red Cross. This involves providing support to young people who have had contact with the juvenile justice system, to minimise their risk of offending.
In addition to her work and volunteering, Puja enjoys going to the movies, socialising with friends and travelling.
