Scarlett Abernethy works at Stacks Southern, located in Goulburn. Scarlett grew up in Goulburn and enjoys working and helping clients in her local community. She was admitted as a solicitor in December 2017 and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.

She particularly enjoys working in personal injury law because she likes to achieve good outcomes for people who have been injured and hurt, often through no fault of their own.
Recent personal injury matters that Scarlett worked on include a workers compensation matter involving a client who was injured while working at nursing home. Scarlett was able to settle this matter through mediation. Another recent matter involved a car accident, in which her client was injured in a hit-and-run. This matter was settled through negotiation.
Outside of work, Scarlett likes spending time with her family and friends. She has two dogs and enjoys taking them for walks. She is also interested in cooking and likes trying new recipes.
