Stephanie is a solicitor in the Wollongong office. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
Stephanie has extensive experience in the legal sector, having previously worked as an Assistant Deputy Registrar at the Supreme Court of New South Wales, as a Legal Costs Consultant, as a Trusts Officer for the NSW Trustee and Guardian, as an Assistant Registrar at the Equal Opportunity Tribunal of NSW and as a Legal Research Assistant in the Faculty of Law at the University of Wollongong.
Stephanie works principally in wills, estates and probate law. She was extensively involved in probate law while working at the Supreme Court, and gained experience in wills, powers of attorney, trusts, estate planning and estate administration at the NSW Trustee and Guardian. She also has a broad base of knowledge in civil litigation through her work at the Supreme Court and in other roles she has held over the past 20 years in law.
Her previous roles also provided experience working as a representative in the state government sector, including representing the New South Wales Equal Opportunity Tribunal at a National Conference and representing the Supreme Court of New South Wales Probate team on projects aimed at producing improvements in probate. She has taken many tour groups at the Supreme Court, including international groups from Myanmar, Japan, China and Dubai.
Stephanie is a compassionate person who always work hard to assist clients. She is diligent and an excellent communicator.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a keen social runner and is involved in playing in a community music group. She also believes in giving back to the community and has had a long involvement in volunteering in education support for young people who require assistance.
