Stephanie is a talented graduate lawyer with interests in commercial law, estate planning and administrative law. She has gained an understanding of diverse aspects of law through her previous experience working as a paralegal with the Illawarra Legal Centre.
Stephanie is highly motivated and organised with solid drafting abilities and strong public speaking skills. Confident in tribunal and courtroom settings, she has considerable experience appearing for clients at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Social Security Appeals Tribunal.
With a Chilean-Australian upbringing, Stephanie is self-aware, with an appreciation of cross-cultural identity and social cues, and is able to identify with people from diverse backgrounds. She is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
Away from the office, she considers herself an amateur movie buff. She greatly values her family and enjoys socialising with friends. Mentoring and supporting others has always been important to Stephanie. She has been involved in the Aboriginal Indigenous Mentoring Experience and has worked as a Spanish tutor for University students through AIME Tutoring.
