Tamaryn was admitted as a solicitor in June of 2017. Prior to becoming a solicitor, Tamaryn gained extensive experience in the legal field as a paralegal, working mainly in employment law and equal pay.
Tamaryn has experience working in law in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Before joining Stacks, she also worked as a contracts administrator at the Gold Coast University Hospital and as a law graduate and junior solicitor at other firms.
Her areas of law include family law, employment law and wills and estates. She also has a keen interest in immigration law, in which she hopes to develop further skills.
Tamaryn loves working with people and getting the best possible outcome for them. She is an excellent communicator and has a way with people as a result of having travelled the world and seen and experienced so many different cultures, religions and languages.
When not at work, Tamaryn enjoys being at home with her husband, three dogs and three goats, and pottering around and renovating their old cottage. She loves going to the beach with her girls and visiting different and new places. In particular, she likes seeing what antiques and unusual things she can find on her adventures. Tamaryn also enjoys fishing with friends, dancing and going to the ballet and theatre.
In her community, Tamaryn is very active in helping the homeless, whether it be driving food vans, raising money or negotiating with hotels and businesses to donate food, blankets and furniture.
