Victoria recently joined Stacks Goudkamp’s travel law department in Sydney, bringing a wealth of international expertise, including time as a solicitor with Irwin Mitchell’s award winning international travel litigation department in Birmingham, UK. Originally hailing from Milton Keynes, Victoria studied English and French Law at universities in the UK and France, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2008 in England and Wales. She moved to Australia in 2012 and completed her LPAB and College of Law studies to requalify as a solicitor in NSW in 2013.
Her passion and determination are reflected in her work and qualification across two jurisdictions. Victoria also won the Client Interviewing Competition at De Montfort University in 2005 and the LPC Law Society of England & Wales Prize for Outstanding Achievement in 2006.

She handles claims litigated in Australia and pursues claims in foreign countries in conjunction with foreign agents where required. She also acts for travel insurers and emergency assistance providers directly in recovery actions.
Victoria has worked on a number of interesting travel law cases including a coach crash in Egypt, a fatal aircraft accident in France and a client who sustained a brain injury when knocked over by a moped in Rome.
Victoria enjoys writing and has had an advertising feature published in a North London magazine, as well as writing articles for law firm websites. She keeps her French up to date through regular coffee catchups with fellow francophiles.
Having come from the chilly UK, Victoria makes the most of harbour walks and picnics with her husband to enjoy Sydney’s warmer weather.
