Liquor and Gaming NSW has all of the information about the rules and regulations around different licenses.

Yes. You will need to apply for a ‘Limited License’ with Liquor and Gaming NSW.

Licensed venues that breach liquor regulations more than three times can have their license revoked, depending on the seriousness of the breaches. Each strike remains in force for 3 years from the offence date.

All food businesses in Australia must have at least one Food Safety Supervisor. Their role is to identify any food safety hazards, control risks, supervise anyone handling food, and take immediate action to correct any hazards. An FSS must complete specific training to gain qualification.
